Update in Dota 2. New persona on Anti-Mage

On July 11, Valve released the update for Dota 2 which added settings for Turbo mode, the new persona on Anti-Mage, as well as a number of changes and hotfixes for the game as a whole.
List of changes:
- Users will now receive notifications about updated contracts and other guild information.
- Added an option to misc settings to turn off/on auto-delivery for the Turbo Mode courier.
- Updated game engine related to data serialization.
- Added additional information about match status before its start (confirmation of the match, creation of the match, etc.).
- New Economy Item: Anti-Mage's Persona.
- Laura Bailey was added to the list of game creators for voice acting of an alternative persona to Anti-Mage.
- Updated localization files for English, Russian, and Simplified Chinese.
