Matthew “Ari” Walker said that the players haven’t seen home for two months already, and that they started playing so well exactly because they spend all this time together, but admitted that the team is already waiting for a break after DreamLeague 27.
He made this statement during an interview at the tournament.
“We haven’t been home for two months in a row. All this time we were together. We basically have no chance to lose focus. We are always focused. I think people are really looking forward to the opportunity to go back home for Christmas and see their families after this tournament”
Ari noted that the team is literally constantly traveling, and can’t return home not because of intense practice, but because the tournament schedule is very tight. According to him, exactly because the team is always together, they don’t lose their form and started playing this well.
However he подчеркнул, that the players are already waiting for DreamLeague 27 to end, so they can finally rest, and have a chance to go home and see their families.
It is worth reminding, that earlier the captain of
Virtus.pro set a historic Dota 2 record.
