Tundra Esports analyst, known under the pseudonym Degaz, joked that, after refusing to participate in DreamLeague Season 26, the Dota 2 lineup will play Battle Cup in case of losing a slot at EWC.
A representative of the eSports club wrote the corresponding comment on Telegram.
“Don't worry guys, I haven't slept for 2 days and counted points on the calculator. In case of emergency - we will play Battle Cap instead of EWC. All things considered.”
Tundra Esports' Dota 2 roster has refused to participate in the upcoming DreamLeague Season 26 tournament. According to the official stance of the eSports club, the team is tired of the oversaturated event schedule, causing the players to need rest. Although the refusal of the slot will lead to the loss of EPT points due to a penalty, representatives of the organization noted that the team is in a good position before the Riyadh Masters 2025.
Recall that earlier
Team Spirit declined an invitation to DreamLeague Season 26, causing the team's slot to go to
Team Liquid.
