Matthew “Whitemon” Filmon, a
Tundra Esports support, reached out to Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov, asking him not to return to the pro scene until after The International 2025.
This happened during a broadcast on Twitch.
"I don't know what to say to dyrachyo. Probably don't come back until The International 2025. We want to win it ourselves first. Let dyrachyo not come back until The International - Tundra Esports will win it for him"
Dyrachyo's former teammate didn't clarify if it was a joke or if the team really doesn't want him back until after the season. According to Whitemon,
Tundra Esports can win the Dota 2 World Championship without him.
This may have also been a reference to the fact that Dyrachyo has previously talked about plans to return but play for
Team Falcons or
Team Liquid - which is why Tundra may not want to strengthen the rosters of their potential rivals.
Dyrachyo himself has not yet reacted to the statement of his former teammate, so it is possible that it was just a joke.
Earlier, Dyrachyo named two players who, according to him, excluded him from
Gaimin Gladiators.
