Valve announced in their blog that The International 2023 Dota 2 compendium will be released next week, before October 1st.

For those of you joining us: We can't wait to welcome you to the Seattle Convention Center's Summit Building and Climate Pledge Arena as we once again follow the best Dota team in the world on their path to the Aegis. For everyone who'll be following along from home, we're looking forward to releasing the new International Compendium next week.
Valve also spoke on their blog about the upcoming events that will be held as part of the TI2023 tournament. According to this, The International 2023 Compendium will most likely be released on September 29, since that is when Short Film Contest voting begins.
