Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov, manager of Team Spirit, stated that Tinker is broken and needs an urgent fix, as the hero has become excessively strong after the release of patch 7.37.

He shared his opinion during a Twitch stream.

"Tinker support is just a broken imba. I played against Tinker support on Ursa – it’s impossible to win. You can’t finish off creeps or banner carriers. Basically, Tinker is just a broken ****. It definitely needs fixing, as it heals, deals damage, and does everything. If Tinker comes to the frontline with a three, there’s nothing you can do"

Korb3n noted that after playing against Tinker, he realized the hero needs immediate adjustments. With the buffs from patch 7.37, Tinker has become nearly unbeatable. Other esports professionals have also highlighted that Tinker in the fifth position is currently one of the strongest heroes in Dota 2.
