Mark "Sikle" Lerman, Team Spirit analyst, shared his Chen build for patch 7.39d, which he claims wins 90% of Dota 2 pub games.

Key highlights of the build:

• Starting items: Tango, Enchanted Mango, Observer Ward, Sentry Ward, 2 Iron Branch and Blood Grenade.

• Early focus on Holy Persuasion for creep control and Divine Favor to buff the team.

• Hand of God is picked at level 6 and leveled up whenever possible.

• Talents are chosen mainly to boost creep speed and healing amplification.

• Core items: Holy Locket, Mekansm, Guardian Greaves, Aghanims Scepter, Wraith Pact and Pipe Of Insight.

• Situational items: Force Staff, Glimmer Cape, Lotus Orb, Black King Bar or Scythe Of Vyse, depending on the matchup.

According to Sikle, this build makes Chen a powerful support, capable of both healing allies and enabling strong pushes with controlled creeps. He also noted that while this is his public build, he personally plays a slightly modified version with "secret tweaks" that he chose not to reveal.
