Dmitry “Korb3n” Belo, manager of Team Spirit, said that the main decisions in the lineup are made not by the players, but by the managers together with the coaching staff.

He announced this during a stream on Twitch.

“The decisions are always up to the coaching and management staff. Of course, everything is then discussed with the players and they can express their opinion, but usually we explain why, for example, we don't go to the tournament”

According to him, despite the fact that the players can express their position, the final word rests with the managers and coaches of Team Spirit. At the same time, Korb3n emphasized that the team always receives an explanation for certain decisions - whether it's participation in tournaments or other important issues.
