Team Spirit revealed what awaits players in the next Dota 2 update

Denis “sikle” Lerman reported that Valve have assigned a dedicated specialist who collected all bug reports and suggestions related to the Dota 2 tutorial mode, which may indicate preparations for a rework of the in-game tutorial.

The Team Spirit analyst shared this on his Telegram channel.

“A separate person was added to the official Dota repository, who in one day went through all topics for the past year and marked them with the ‘tutorial’ tag. I wish they would do the same with ranked someday. Are we waiting for a new tutorial already this month?”

According to him, the developers gave this task to a specific person, whose focus will be entirely on the tutorial system. In his opinion, this could mean a major overhaul of the training mode in the next big Dota 2 update.

The analyst also noted that he would like to see a similar approach from Valve regarding ranked and matchmaking, to improve the overall player experience.
