A former Team Spirit player revealed what they used to get fined for on the team

Mikhail “Misha” Agatov, a former Team Spirit player, said that most often the team was fined for being late, as it was considered disrespectful to teammates and the organization.

He revealed this during a stream on Twitch:

"In Team Spirit, there were fines for being late. If you were late, you disrespected everyone in the room: the team, the organization, the time. People are gathered, sitting around waiting for you"

It should be noted that this coincides with the statements of Team Spirit manager Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov, who previously also mentioned the existence of a penalty system in the team. According to him, the players did receive fines, and most often - just for being late for training or other scheduled team activities.

Misha also noted that there was a similar practice in OG, where he worked as a coach. At the same time, according to him, in OG everything was even stricter - fines for tardiness there were sometimes even more serious.
