Team Spirit streamer names the imba of patch 7.39 for Dota 2

Ilya ‘Illidan’ Pivtsaev has called Oracle the imba of Dota 2 patch 7.39, noting that the developers have overly strengthened the hero in the new update.

The corresponding opinion streamer Team Spirit shared on Twitch.

"‘Imba’, except I'll probably call Oracle. Oracle is like given too much credit. I don't even know who else I'd name."

Ilya ‘Illidan’ Pivtsaev marveled at the increase in Oracle's winrate, which, according to the streamer's statement, reached 56% on high score. Given such figures, the Team Spirit streamer called Oracle a broken hero in the current meta.

"Now that's a tinny 56% win rate on ranks Divine and above. That's going to drive you crazy in general. This hero is definitely broken completely."
