The Team Spirit manager spoke openly about the BetBoom Team

Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov, the manager of Team Spirit, stated that BetBoom Team is an excellent business project, but in terms of sports, the team is not as strong.

He expressed this opinion during a Twitch stream.

“BetBoom is a super successful team in terms of business. They are always the best in all tournaments, they compete for cups and titles. It is a dream team for any sponsor and not only that as it is also very media friendly”

He stated that BetBoom Team deserves the highest praise if its profitability were to be compared with its media exposure. Though there are some differences when it comes to tournament results because this lineup has not been able to win anything for a long time, which, according to Korb3n, is bad.

“Regarding sports events, BetBoom Team is a good one but not so great as far as businesses are concerned. There’s salaries, prize money etc., but every esport player wants only victory. Even such big names or top players want the same thing too. In esports, you get an incredible amount of endorphins only from winning”

However he also mentioned that BB like any other pro-player wanted to win. Nevertheless despite their performance being good enough they haven’t won any major competitions in years.

It should be recalled earlier that after release of patch 7.36 with some game problems Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov proposed to Valve about introducing paid mode into Dota 2 again.
