According to Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov, in addition to Alexey “not me” Kosmyinin, who ultimately took Nikita “Panto” Balaganin’s spot on Team Spirit, the team also considered candidates such as Vladislav “Rein” Kosygin, Alim “Aik” Bespayev, and Yegor “Xakoda” Lipartia.

As a reminder, Alexander “Nix” Levin had previously called on Team Spirit to disband due to the team’s performance at the BLAST Slam 7 Dota 2 tournament.
