Team Spirit manager named the main reason for Virtus.pro's failure

Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov stated that Virtus.pro made a mistake by letting go or selling the best players of the pro scene that came through this organization, after which the club was left to rely on the opportunity to unlock the potential of young cyber athletes.
The Team Spirit manager shared a relevant opinion on Twitch.
“
Virtus.pro ran into the same thing that Empire did back in the day. Their main assets were let go, sold, and did not buy new ones when there was an opportunity to bargain. And that's it - now you can only build a good roster through youth: find geniuses, sign them early and expect them to win.”
According to Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov, Virtus.pro has had most of the top players from the pro scene, such as Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko, Vitaly “Save-” Melnik, Danil “Gpk” Skutin, Dmitry “DM” Dorokhin, Egor “Nightfall” Grigorenko, Ilyas “Kingslayer” Ganeyev and Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko, play for
Virtus.pro over the past 4 years. The
Team Spirit manager also noted that these players regularly win tournaments or hold top positions.
“Ilias, Nightfall, Gpk, DM, Save, No[o]ne, Pure have all played in VP. Over the past 4 years, almost all of the top players who are now winning tournaments or ranked have been in VP.”
Recall that earlier an insider revealed the new Virtus.pro roster without Ilya “Kiritych” Ulyanov.
