Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov, the manager of
Team Spirit, stated that the value of Alan "Satanic" Gallyamov has doubled to $2 million due to the frenzy in the transfer market.
He mentioned this during a Twitch stream.
"In the current situation, Satanic is worth 2 million"
Korb3n believes that given the circumstances in the pro scene, he won’t part with the player for less than $2 million. He described Satanic as a potential replacement for Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk in
Team Spirit. If the player is indeed bought, which rumors suggest
BetBoom Team plans to do, Satanic will become the most expensive player in Dota 2 history.
Only one player has ever been offered more: Wang "Ame" Chunyu.
LGD Gaming initially demanded $3 million for their star player, and when a rival club allegedly agreed to the deal, they increased the price to $5 million. However, the transfer did not go through, and
LGD Gaming stated that Ame was not for sale.
Satanic has not yet commented on the situation, but since his team has disbanded, it is likely that he will soon reveal which team he will join for the next Dota 2 season.
Earlier, an insider revealed the new roster of
BetBoom Team, which may include Satanic.
