Team Spirit have become significantly better without Korb3n, - Fng

Former Virtus.pro captain Artem “Fng” Barshak claimed that Team Spirit has improved their performance greatly ever since Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov has been on medical leave.

He made this assertion during a Twitch stream.

“I have to say, some of the trends we’ve been seeing lately puzzles me a bit. Firstly, has Korb3n’s leave helped the rest of the team achieve some form of equilibrium? Or did dimension take a back seat and push him so far that his absence enables them to perform the way in which they currently are? Most likely it’s the latter, at least for the more cautious on that front. The next tournament will be very different for them, and to establish dominance, Korb3n is going to have to do away with some notions as well. He’s going to need to drastically alter the way in which he approaches the coming process in order to engage them again"

Fng underlined that Team Spirit has excelled during DreamLeague Season 25 since Korb3n took a leave. However, he also pointed out that success is always short lived. There is bound to come a period when his absence is felt, and then the players will want the guidance which his presence provides.

In essence, Fng said that the players now feel more relaxed because of the absence of Korb3n, who is known to practice more harsh discipline.
