Two teams from Eastern Europe, Team Spirit and 9Pandas, have secured a place at The International 2023 according to the Dota Pro Circuit leaderboard.

With Bleed Esports being eliminated, 9Pandas and Team Spirit are both locked for TI now.
- TSM can't gain points
- Quest Esports can't catch either Spirit/9Pandas
- only 4 teams can move up, which is only enough to push Spirit down to 12th (i.e. still safe).

This means there's 6 teams fighting for 4 slots.
#1 beastcoast/BetBoom/LGD/Aster are safe with a top 8
#2 TSM are out if all 4 of the teams in (1) make top 8
#3 Quest need a top 2 finish, but if enough of the teams in (1) make top 8 they're out.
At the moment, the teams are playing at Bali Major 2023. They need to take top places in order to earn additional DPC points and guarantee themselves a place at The International 12.
Bali Major 2023 is taking place at Ayana Estate, Bali, from June 29 to July 9. 18 best teams, based on the results of the Dota Pro Circuit Tour 3, are participating in the tournament. The Dota 2 Major prize pool is $500,000 and 3500 DPC points.
The International 12 will take place in Seattle on October 12 to 29. 20 best Dota 2 teams based on the results of Dota Pro Circuit 2023 will participate at the main Dota 2 tournament.
