Team Falcons surprised everyone with a statement after their victory at FISSURE Playground 2

Jingjun “Sneyking” Wu, the support of Team Falcons, said that FISSURE Playground 2 turned out to be the hardest tournament in the entire history of their team, and they are really happy they managed to win.

The esports player spoke about this during his post-match interview.

“I think we could’ve lost at every single stage. It’s probably the most difficult tournament we’ve ever played in. We started from the first round of the lower bracket and went all the way to the end. I’m very proud of the team — we didn’t give up, even when everything was going against us, and in the end we won.”

He explained that the tournament was especially hard for them because of their position in the playoffs. Sneyking reminded that the team started their way from the lower bracket, so they were always one step away from elimination. The player noted that he’s very proud of his teammates who managed to overcome the psychological pressure and not only reach the grand final, but also win it.

It’s worth mentioning that with this victory, Team Falcons became one of only five teams in Dota 2 history to win a tournament right after their triumph at The International.

It’s also known that Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak made a touching gesture after Team Falcons’ victory at the event.
