Team Falcons Reveals the Reason for Triumph at BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024

Oliver "skiter" Lepko believes that the defeat against Team Liquid in the group stage of BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024 helped the team draw the right conclusions and achieve success later on.

The Team Falcons carry made this statement in an exclusive interview with Gosugamers.

"I try to approach every tournament thinking that I'm going to win it. So, I can't say that this victory was a surprise for me. But it definitely turned out to be easier than we expected. In the grand final, we won with a score of 3:0 – I would say that the group stage was the most challenging part of the tournament for me. Including the moment when we lost to Team Liquid. They beat us 2:0 – I think it was after this series that we made the most conclusions. We had an important conversation, after which we felt easy and calm in every game.

I enjoy winning, but I'm going to continue working hard and improving because I don't want to reach my peak now and become complacent."

During the group stage of BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024, Team Falcons won two matches and ended two encounters in a draw. The defeat against Team Liquid was the only one for the roster in the tournament.

In the grand final, Team Falcons once again faced Team Liquid, but in this match, skiter's lineup secured a decisive victory.

Recall that earlier, BetBoom Team's captain Vitaliy "Save-" Melnik spoke highly of Aurora's current level of preparation, despite their disappointing performance in the second stage of DreamLeague Season 22.
