Oliver "Skiter" Lepko noted that after defeating BetBoom Team, his lineup secured a spot in the top 2 of the DreamLeague Season 22 championship. However, according to the esports athlete's opinion, the most important aspect is the guaranteed slot in next year tournament.

The corresponding statement by Team Falcons' carry was published on his personal Twitter account.

"We've secured a top-2 placement, but what's more important is the slot for the next ESL tournament, DreamLeague S23. What was all the fuss about the series against BetBoom Team? Especially the second map."

Team Falcons won all matches in the second stage of DreamLeague Season 22, showing the best result among participants. The team won 14 maps, losing only one in the last match against Aurora, which had no impact on the overall outcome. The team secured a spot in the upper bracket of the tournament playoffs, where they defeated BetBoom Team and advanced to the grand final. The second finalist will be determined in the lower bracket match between Xtreme Gaming and BetBoom Team.
