This information was reported by Maelstorm on his Telegram channel, and there have been no official announcements yet.

However, Quest Esports' carry player Aibek "TA2000" Tokayev won't be able to compete with the team during the group stage of DreamLeague Season 21 for Dota 2. The esports athlete explained that he is currently occupied with visa processing and lacks suitable conditions for playing.
