SumaiL arrived in China and played his first match for Team Aster

On the evening of May 19th, Syed «SumaiL» Hassan arrived in China, as officially announced by the esports organization Team Aster. Today, he played his first official match as part of the team in the Dota Pro Circuit.

SumaiL already has a valid Chinese visa. The only concern for Team Aster was whether the player would arrive in time for the start of the first official match in the Dota Pro Circuit against Piggy Killer.

The match ended with a score of 2-0 in favor of Team Aster. SumaiL played the first game as  Timbersaw with a KDA of 13/0/12, and the second game as  Void Spirit with a score of 5/2/17. The games of the Dota Pro Circuit's first division in China are played in a LAN format.

Previously, Syed «SumaiL» Hassan played as stand-in for Team Aster at ESL One Berlin Major 2023 instead of midlaner Zhai «一» Jingkai (aka «Xwy»). Afterward, the players spoke highly of SumaiL, and the owner of Team Aster stated that they would negotiate with Nigma Galaxy regarding the transfer and all related conditions. As a result, SumaiL moved from Nigma Galaxy to Team Aster on a rental basis. The official contract is signed until the end of The International 12, but negotiations for a longer term are already underway.
