STORM named the best Dota 2 hero after NAVI’s triumph at Riyadh Masters 2025

Alexey “STORM” Tumanov called Undying the best hero of Dota 2 after the success of Artyom “Niku” Bachkur, NAVI midlaner, during the match against Xtreme Gaming at the Riyadh Masters 2025.

The analyst said in his Telegram channel.

“Sooner or later, all teams will come to the fact that Andaing is the best hero in Dota”

The statement came right after the first map in the group stage of EWC, where Niku Bachkur wowed everyone with an unconventional Undying pick on mid. He confidently dealt with Kunkka on the line, and NAVI ended up winning the map.

Interestingly, Undying is STORM's favorite hero. He has more than 870 games on this character. Fans are already joking that STORM has finally waited for “his meta”.
