STORM Named a Surprising Main Favorite for The International 2024

Alexey "STORM" Tumanov, a Dota 2 commentator and analyst, considers Xtreme Gaming the main contender for victory at The International 2024.

He shared this prediction on his Telegram channel.

"The group format is so strange that despite everything, I believe Xtreme is the tournament's main favorite. It doesn't matter how you perform in the first two days; the main task is to win the Bo3 match for seeding"

According to him, this year features an unusual group stage format, as no teams are eliminated, and only seeding is determined. Considering the unique format of TI13, STORM believes that Xtreme Gaming is the favorite to win the tournament. He did not elaborate on this unusual prediction, as most analysts believe that Team Falcons or Gaimin Gladiators have the best chances of winning.

It’s worth noting that earlier, the analyst who predicted Team Spirit victory last year also named the winner of The International 2024.
