A star player from Team Spirit has made an unusual request to Valve

Danil "donk" Kryshkovets, a star player for Team Spirit in CS2, is urging Valve to add a weapon bob adjustment setting while running to enhance gameplay.

He published his request to the game developers on his Telegram channel.

“Please add a proper cl_bob setting”

It seems that donk meant for Valve to allow players to disable this setting, as these animations can be distracting, even though they don't directly affect accuracy or other gameplay parameters.

Many commenters were surprised to learn that such a command exists, while some acknowledged that they miss the flexible customization options from CS2 and are asking to bring back many console commands from CS.

It’s possible that the community's wish will be considered in the next patch, as Valve often listens to player requests and ports many features from the previous version of the game.

Previously, a global patch was released for CS2, introducing a Battle Pass with numerous rewards.
