Solo tells why it is harder to become a pro player in Dota 2 than in Counter-Strike

Alexey “Solo” Berezin stated that Dota 2 is much more difficult than Counter-Strike 2, as it is a more intelligent game.

The pro-player shared the corresponding opinion on Twitch.

“Dota 2 is much more complex. Dota is an intellectual game.”

Alexey “Solo” Berezin compared the skill of playing Dota 2 to higher education, while the cyber sportsman compared CS2 players to technical school graduates.

“It's like getting a higher education. And CS is like going to technical school.”

It's worth noting that the games represent completely different genres. If in Dota 2 strategic thinking skills are more valued, Counter-Strike 2 requires fast reaction speed.
