In Alexey “Solo” Berezin’s case, his lack of intention to attend The International 2025 is due to having to obtain a Schengen visa, which he states is the main issue.
Solo stated this during a Twitch stream:
"Will we see you at TI this year? I wasn't planning on it. Tickets seem expensive. And I'd need to get a Schengen visa"
Solo admitted that he wouldn’t be able to make it to the Dota 2 World Championship because of the visa processes. He went on to say that the steep ticket prices were also a factor.
There is a good chance that Solo and his stack decide to try their luck at qualifying for TI14 through the open qualifiers. Solo is rumored to be playing as a support for Yandex Team, but he himself hasn’t confirmed this information.
Iceberg announced earlier that he had formed a team with the popular streamer to compete at The International 2025.
