According to the captain of
9 Pandas, Alexey “Solo” Berezin, his team could change its lineup that will be selected for the Riyadh Masters and The International 2024. Besides, the club would also try out a new mentor.
In this new video dedicated to future lineup, this assertion was made by an esport player.
“We have tested several persons for the position of coach, but we haven’t signed anyone yet. We are still looking out there. So first we will finalize five players who are going to compete in qualifiers for Riyadh and TI and then bring in a coach”
Moreover, Solo revealed that this roster did not meet expectations and lost games in Elite League as well as other tournaments during this season. Therefore, big changes may happen soon to the squad. Nine pandas’ major ambition is still qualifying for Dota 2’s two largest championships.
"We have been losing many qualifiers and had bad performance in Elite League 2024. It would be good if we qualify at least for Riyadh Masters or The International. We are very much aware that our current form and these results give us less chances than we desire our selves to be having. We will examine promptly what changes are needed”
9Pandas roster:
Gleb "kiyotaka" Zyryanov
Mikhail "DarkLord^" Blinov
Albert "Alberkaaa" Chernoyvanov
Marcel "Ekki" Golovienko
Alexey "Solo" Berezin
Roman "rmN-" Paley (coach)
Furthermore, it should be mentioned that most fans were genuinely unhappy with Solo’s team’s performance on the whole thing during that period. Being eliminated from Elite League before any other teams with such series losses under their belt was something that happened. At one point earlier on there had been reports claiming that
9 Pandas did so after elimination from same tournament but instead opted for an ex-
Nigma Galaxy player.
