Oliver “Skiter” Lepko believes that the Dota 2 Patch 7.41c meta features many underrated carry heroes. The player cited
Shadow Fiend as an example.
He shared this opinion on YouTube.
“I’m very happy with the patch. I think there are still a lot of untapped heroes; for example, Shadow Fiend looks pretty cool. It feels like a lot of carries are viable in this patch. Obviously, some are stronger than others, but nothing has settled yet. Personally, the patch feels very good to me, and in public matches too.”
According to Oliver “Skiter” Lepko, the esports player gave Patch 7.41c a positive review, as it introduced a number of heroes to the meta that still require exploration. The player believes that the meta hasn’t settled yet, as not all effective combinations have been discovered. He also noted that he feels uncomfortable playing against
Lone Druid and
Alchemist.
“I don’t like it when Lone Druid plays against me with three bears, and then Alchemist hands out Aghanims to other heroes. There are a lot of these ‘cool’ concepts that just break Dota. And when they’re on your team—it’s fun, but playing against them is definitely no fun.”
As a reminder, earlier Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko named the strongest heroes in the Dota 2 Patch 7.41c meta, calling for one of them to be removed.
