Jonas "SabeRLight-" Valek, the offline player from the
Shopify Rebellion Dota 2 team, has reached out to his fans and revealed his illness - tonsillitis.
He shared this information on his Instagram page. This unexpected setback may affect his participation in upcoming matches and practices. Valek also showed the medications he will use to treat the sudden illness.

What is tonsillitis?
Tonsillitis is an infectious disease that causes inflammation of the tonsils, often those located in the back of the throat. It can be caused by viruses or bacteria. The infection is transmitted through airborne droplets, which means it can spread through air droplets containing viruses or bacteria. This makes tonsillitis contagious and allows it to be transmitted from an infected person to a healthy one through coughing, sneezing, or talking.
Although there is still time for treatment, it is possible that the organizers of TI12 will not allow the participant to compete due to the risk of spreading the disease. It has not been announced who will replace SabeRLight- in this unforeseen situation.
Shopify Rebellion roster for TI12:
Abed "Abed" Yusop
Artour "Arteezy" Babaev
Jonáš "SabeRLight-"
Volek Andreas "Cr1t-"
Nielsen Tal "Fly" Aizik
