Shachlo predicts the possible winner of The International 2026

Maxim “Shachlo” Abramovskikh predicts that a team from China will win The International 2026 tournament.

The commentator shared this prediction in an interview with CyberMeta.

“The International 2026 will be won by a Chinese team.”

It is worth noting that the upcoming tournament will take place in August 2026 in Shanghai.

The content creator also shared his impressions of the past season in Dota 2, noting the oversaturation of the pro scene with regular tournaments, most of which he remembered BLAST Slam 4 because of its unique final. The commentator also noted that he expected success from Aurora's reshuffle, but the team did not live up to his expectations, while Team Yandex unexpectedly managed to break into the leaders of the pro scene.

"It was a season of endless Dota marathons, in which all the tournaments merged into one. It is very difficult to single out one memorable thing. Let it be the BLAST Slam 4 final in Singapore, where the final between Falcons and Tundra was a repeat of picks and bans. After TI14, I personally had high hopes for Aurora.
