Stand-in of
Team Liquid Jonas SabeRLighT- Volek commented on the 7.35 patch before the match against
Team Secret. Additionally, the offlaner talked about the relaxed atmosphere within the team.
I didn't do too well on
Visage. A couple of times I missed, but trust me, it was just a lag! Let's clarify: when I didn't hit
Faceless Void, my game just lagged, alright? I believe that
Visage and
Slardar can still destroy enemies. The Visage talent allowing three immediate Souls Assumption casts is pretty solid, I like it. Overall, it's pure madness—to wake up and immediately play a new patch with new items and everything else. I didn't even play pub matches before the tournament game and barely managed to finish reading the patch notes. We're very lucky that I have former teammates from
Shopify Rebellion, while
Team Liquid—they've got the geek 33, analyst Jabbz, and others. We're in good hands.
SabeRLighT- shared his thoughts on the atmosphere and pressure within the team:
We're doing great in
Team Liquid. The guys are staying relaxed, we're annihilating opponents. When you're a stand-in, there's no pressure. All losses can be put on my stand-in performance, and I actually have another team, so everything's fine.
Team Liquid defeated Team Secret 2:0 in the first match of the playoff stage. Puppey and the crew exited the tournament, while Liquid awaits another knockout match against Team Falcons today.
