SaberLight Announced His Departure from Virtus.pro

Jonas “SaberLight” Woolek announced that he will soon be leaving the Virtus.pro Dota 2 roster.

The player posted a tweet to that effect on his personal X account but later deleted it.

“My time at Virtus.pro has come to an end. I’ll have more to say about it once everything is settled. As for me, I was very happy to have the opportunity to work as an analyst at TI15. It reminded me that I’m 100% committed to competing and beating every player here.”

According to a statement by Jonas “SaberLight” Wołek, the esports player cannot disclose any details at this time, but he will have something to share with the community after the official announcement. The player also added that he was happy to work in the analysis studio at The International 2026, as it reignited his motivation to continue competing.

As a reminder, Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev previously recalled how he was invited to join Virtus.pro to replace Nikita “Daxak” Kuzmin.
