Alexander “S1mple” Kostyliev stated that the BC.Game Esports roster did not stick to the game plan, which is why the team got eliminated from IEM Atlanta 2026.
The CS2 legend commented on his team’s defeat in a post on X.
“We are out of IEM Atlanta. It’s hard to play when from the very beginning we don’t follow the plan — this is unacceptable, even despite the fact that we only had 5 days to practice with this roster. You reap what you sow. Thanks everyone for the support.”
He noted that even though the lineup is new and only had five days of practice, that is not an excuse. S1mple considers the result completely deserved when players do not follow the original strategy prepared for the matches.
BC.Game finished the tournament without winning a single map. The team lost to Team Vitality and B8, after which they left the championship in last place.
Alexander “S1mple” Kostyliev posted a 41-29 statline against Vitality, while in the series against B8 he finished the match with a 23-28 score.
