Dmitry “S0tF1k” Forostyanko stated that Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov and Nikola “Niko” Kovac were the ones who convinced Maxim “Kyousuke” Lukin to join
Team Falcons.
The player discussed this on YouTube.
"The kid wanted to go there. I guess our mistake was that we made it so he wanted to go there. We didn’t make it so that he wanted to go to Spirit. He wanted to, but then Ilya ‘m0NESY’ and Niko really lured him in. They messaged him, and we didn’t keep a close enough eye on that. Because of that, something clicked in his head, and he wanted to go there. That’s probably the oversight. But we’ll see how much of an issue it is in the long run. Can we say right now that it was an oversight? I think it’s comfortable for both him and us.”
According to a statement by the coach of
Team Spirit’s youth squad, the esports organization is to blame for the player’s departure, as it failed to convince him to stay. Nevertheless, Dmitry “S0tF1k” Forostyanko would be interested to see how Maxim “Kyousuke” Lukin would play alongside Danil “donk” Kryshkovts in the main roster. Summing up, the esports player’s former coach noted that he can now still get the inside scoop on the situation at
Team Falcons thanks to Kyousuke.
“Of course, it would be cool if he played with donk and the other guys. I’d be happy too—another guy from the academy playing on the main roster. But I’m curious about how Zonik and Niko are doing there, and I can always ask Max how they’re getting along and what they’re up to.”
As a reminder, Leonid “Chopper” Vishnyakov previously revealed details about Maxim “Kyousuke” Lukin’s move to
Team Falcons’ Counter-Strike 2 roster.
