Rostislav_999 received a permanent ban that cannot be appealed

Dota 2 streamer Rostislav "Rostislav_999" Protasenya says that he has laready been banned again from Twitch, however, this is the very first time this ban is not only final but also cannot be appealed.

This was posted by him while on Telegram.

“THIS MAKES ME HOPELESS, NEVER DID I THINK I WOULD BE THIS DISHEARTENED. I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A WAY FOR ME TO APPEAL THIS"

At this point, this has been the sixth ban for Rostislav_999, however previously this streamer's longest ban used to be only a week. Despite this, the streamer noted that this time it could be a “permanent ban” with some restrictions, since he would not be able to “appeal” the ban.
