RodjER commented on Team Spirit's failure in the Riyadh Masters 2024 playoffs

Vladimir ‘RodjER’ Nikoghosyan expected Team Spirit to finish in the top 3 of the Riyadh Masters 2024 tournament, but since the team had problems with draft picks, the cyber sportsman considers the team's final result to be logical, but believes that the roster players have already made the right conclusions.

The pro-player shared his respective opinion in an exclusive commentary to Metaratings.

‘I expected to see Team Spirit at least in the top-3 on the lower grid, but it has not sorted out the drafts, so it took a natural place. The players realise that themselves.

There are some very smart people playing there, plus Ayrat is their head. I'm sure the conclusions have been drawn and we'll see this team back at the top.’

Team Spirit posted the second highest score in terms of cards won after Team Falcons in Group A of the second stage of Riyadh Masters 2024. Moreover, the team did not lose a single match, ending most of the series in a draw, and Team Spirit managed to beat Team Falcons, the group favourites, in their opening match of the tournament. However, in the playoffs, the team fell to the bottom of the grid after the first match against Team Liquid, where the team managed to beat LGD Gaming, but fell out of the tournament after losing to PSG Quest.
