Viewers can't watch Riyadh Masters 2023 in the Dota 2 client, stats sites are not working

An error occurred on the Dota 2 servers in Dubai, making it impossible to get statistics and watch Riyadh Masters 2023 matches in the DotaTV game client.
Due to problems with the game coordinator, the map 2 of the match Team Liquid against Team Spirit is delayed. At the moment, the organizers are looking for the cause and trying to fix it.
Due to this error, all services using the Dota API were unable to access the matches between Talon Esports vs 9 Pandas and Team Liquid vs Team Spirit. Portals and resources that collect, process, and display game statistics cannot access the game coordinator during the biggest tournament of the year.
Also, most well-known streamers and some studios cannot broadcast Riyadh Masters 2023 matches, as DotaTV is not working for the same reason. Popular streamers just couldn't show a single match of today's playoffs. Only the stream from the studio, which is directly at the tournament, is working.
The only thing known at the moment is that the error itself only affected the server where the Riyadh Masters tournament with a prize pool of 15 million dollars is taking place.
