PSG.LGD vs T1

Lgd was total favorite in this match. On the first map, they picked Terrorblade as a carry and Dragon Knight in mid. T1 answer was mid lane Lina in the first phase and carry Morphling for the last pick. The game went completely according to the Chinese team plan. Terrorblade farmed not only creeps, but also Legion Commander with Crystal Maiden, who had 17 deaths for only two heroes. Then he farmed his slots, went to the base and destroy the throne 1-0.
On the second map, T1 collected their thoughts and took a greedy draft with strong ultimates: Doom, Medusa and Magnus. LGD decided to play again with Terrorblade, they also picked Elder Titan, to not let opponents pick it. But 23Savage's counter Elder Titan aura with Silver Edge on Medusa. Having made such an unusual decision, he was able to constantly turn off the Titan's Natural Order passive and remain with his armor. The match itself was great, with constant fights, rotations, and a masterpiece fight with 10 buybacks. The teams showed probably the best performance at this TI. T1 was much stronger in late game with 2 RP and 2 Dooms with an unkillable Medusa helped T1 to level the score. Total 1-1

On map 3, T1 decided to play late game again with Spectre, Storm Spirit and active supports. But LGD didn't want to take Terrorblade and go late, they wanted to fight. Therefore, they picked Ember Spirit and Ursa. The Chinese were able to play their game with constant fight, they didn’t give a chance for Spectre and Storm Spirit to get to the late. And in the 37th minute, the advantage was so huge that the opponents had to write GG. PSG.LGD win: 2-1
Virtus.pro vs Vici Gaming

А various of the Bears drafts is really amazing. This time they would like to pick Bristleback as a carry, Razor for a mid-lane, and pos 4 Pugna. Answer from Vici Gaming was one of the strongest TI heroes Tiny and meta Void Spirit. VG won early game because of OLD Eleven Magnus who farmed much better than DMs Earthshaker. Virtus.pro managed to level up in the mid-game and even take the advantage.Virtus.pro managed to level up in the mid game and even take the advantage. Unfortunately, Tiny under Empower was too good against the Vp team and even though Razor was stealing Tiny's damage, he was able to do enough to win the 1st map. VG's first win: 1-0
On map 2, VP decided to change tactics and play with meta Medusa. VG picked the unexpected carry Drow Ranger, which appeared on TI only 3 times. The Bears left all the farming to Medusa, while Vici Gaming decided to split the farm between their 3 cores. In several fights, poyoyo lost his position and was punished for this. The networth difference between the Drow ranger and Medusa increased. After the 30th min the difference was huge and medusa was starting to be unkillable. It is also worth noting the phenomenal play of Gpk on the Puck, which created most of the space for the Medusa. The score is 1-1.
On map 3, VG decided to counter Nightfall's Luna with Terrorblade and picke a lot of control against Storm Spirit. The game was pretty smooth until 21 minutes. VP made a great decision to kill Roshan with DD on Luna, and VG realized it too late. This Aegis of the Immortal on Nightfall was the beginning of the end for Vici. The fight on the 23 minute became a fatal mistake. VG used all the buttons for the Luna with aegis, while her team made a team wipe. Then there was a great initiation from gpk in the mid lane, aegis and 2-1. Congratulations to VP with at least top 6.
Team Spirit vs Fnatic

Team Spirit decided not to risk on map 1 and picked strong and meta heroes - Luna, Ember Spirit and of course the signature Mars for Collapse. Fnatic wanted to play a long game and picked Storm Spirit and Morphling. Fnatic’s idea was obvious to the Team Spirit, and from the early game, they began to force fights, while the Fnatic cows did not have slots. Having won a couple of such fights, Team Spirit was able to enter the high ground without any problems and finish the game in just 25 minutes.
Second map and signature Kunka from TORONTOTOKYO. Spirit generally decided to pick strength heroes who are difficult to break through, while Fnatic decided to play heroes already tested at TI. Luna, Void Spirit and Night Stalker. Fnatic had a very meta pick, but the realization was a fail. Spirit took advantage of the early game and was not going to let it go, and keep winning fight after fight. TORONTOTOKYO and Yatoro were able to finish the map without a single death. Very confident 2-0 from spirit. We hope that they will also be able to confidently play against the former champions of TI and please us with a sensation.
OG vs Quincy Crew

An epic confrontation between two brothers: YawaR from Quincy Crew vs. SumaiL from OG. Despite the fact that N0tail and company were defeated by Team Secret yesterday and dropped into the lower bracket, they were the favorites against the North American team.
On the first map, the Quincy Crew started the game carefully and confidently, but OG turned it to their usual play-style and went for the T1 tower in the mid, taking it and three more enemy heroes. After that, QCs handle several successful fights, take advantage and continue to increase it by winning fights, but it does not rise above 8 thousand. On the 29th minute, QC goes to Roshan and Monkey King takes the Aegis. A good fight for the Americans around the outpost, Beyond Godlike for YawaR, and an open road to the high ground. QC was able to push t3, but they can't take the barracks due to the split push from Nature's Prophet. This is followed by a fight in the mid lane, in which 2 supports QC was out of position. Aegis for OG. After that, a decisive fight at the top, in which 2 heroes are taken without the buybacks. 1-0
Map 2 was held in the best traditions of the OG tag. Constant fights running under t2 SumaiL on Templar Assassin. Almost 40 kills up to 20 minutes. OG was able to impose their signature style of controlled madness on an opponent. QC did not feel at ease, they wanted to farm slots, but OG didn’t allow it. As a result, the growing advantage of OG, Roshan, high ground, and a solid 2-0 from the past champions.
