Roman "Resolut1on" Fominok, streamer and well-known esports player, has started offering individual coaching in Dota 2 and shocked fans with the cost of his training sessions.
He announced this on his Telegram channel:
"I will take one student for a two-week coaching period, including 4 personal meetings plus chat, detailed replay reviews, and advice on how to improve gameplay and mindset. We will also develop a training plan. Cost - $300"
Two weeks of training with a prominent player will cost the student $300. This high price has sparked a wave of criticism in the comments, with many noting that such a fee is out of reach for most aspiring esports players. Others pointed out that only those with significant disposable income could afford it, and that Dota 2 is merely a hobby for them.
Recall that earlier Alexey "STORM" Tumanyan announced the return of a Dota 2 legend at The International 2024.
