The main tournament of the year, The International, is the reason why players team up and try to get better, to raise the Aegis of Champions over their heads.
But this is the fate of the winners. Losers analyze their mistakes and make the decisions. As a result, one of them is to change the roster. Time will show whether it's good or bad. We're just watching the process that began before the end of International 10.
Europe
Limmp and Fng are no longer the part of Alliance

Artsiom «fng» Barshak and Linus «Limmp» Blomdin left the Dota 2 team, it became known on the official website of the organization. The reason for this decision were unsuccessful results of the team at lan-tournaments and The International 10 in particular.
However, if the departure of Fng could be expected after Artsiom's words, then the departure of Limmp from Alliance was a surprise. So far, it is unknown who will replace these two in the TI3 champion team. An interesting question remains open: will Artsiom return to the CIS region to fill the vacated position or will he look for a place in the European teams.
Alliance current roster:
- Nikolay «Nikobaby» Nikolov;
- Gustav «s4» Magnusson;
- Simon «Handsken» Haag.
Changes in OG

For the two-time champions of The International, Valve's anniversary tournament ended with a loss to Team Spirit and 7th-8th place.
As it became known, Ceb will no longer play on the pro scene as a player. Topson also said in an interview that this may also be his last tournament of his career. In total, the team has lost at least two players.
Also, there is unconfirmed information that the coach Mikhail «Misha» Agatov may become the new team captain and replace N0tail.
It is now known that Syed Sumail «SumaiL» Hassan is training on midlane again. Changes is inevitable and the team will be looking for fresh blood. And here are enough good candidates.
Creepwave disbandment and possible reshaffles
Although Creepwave did not participate in The International 10, the team's disbandment is indirectly related to its implications for the European professional Dota 2 scene.
As it became known, some Creepwave players received offers from Tier 1 teams. After that it was decided to disband the entire team and give its members the opportunity to try themselves in the top teams.
Based on the available information, OG is interested in ATF on the offlane. And Crystallis may also get offers from two TI winners. BZM, aka hansha, may be tested in Alliance.
The fate of the other players is still unknown. But it's possible that Fishman will create the new roster, because he still has the DPC slot.
CIS
Zayac left HellRaisers. New opportunities for CIS players

Zayac left HellRaisers. After that was announced a team, assembled from the best players of Kyrgyzstan: Dream, Askold, Blizzy, Le_don and Zayac himself.
For others it means only one thing: HR will be looking for new players for all positions. After all, there are only two players left in the lineup: Ilya «Lil» Ilyuk and Zaur «Cooman» Shakhmurzaev (inactive).
The fate of Team Empire and Gambit return

After former Team Empire manager Alexander «StrangeR» Solomonov, former Empire coach Vladimir «Chappie» Kuzmenko moved to AS Monaco Gambit.
The results of their work in Team Empire were controversial and unstable. However, for the CIS players without a team, as in the case of HR, this is a great chance to prove themselves in a team with an experienced manager and coach.
Southeast Asia
ChYuan and Deth left Fnatic

It became known that the contracts of Ng «ChYuan» Kee Chyuan and Yang «Deth» Wu Heng are over. The players decided not to renew it and to consider other options. The organization thanked them for their participation and wished them good luck.
Fnatic current roster:
- Marc Polo Luis «Raven» Fausto;
- Anucha «Jabz» Jirawong;
- Djardel Jicko B. «DJ» Mampusti.
TNC Predator after the regional qualifications decided to move the Dota 2 roster to inactive until the start of the next DPC season. It is possible that the players who left Fnatic may be invited to the new team.
North America
Lelis left Quincy Crew

The North American team has lost its brightest teammate from Brazil, Rodrigo «Lelis» Santos. As the player noted on Twitlonger, after two years, this result at The International 10 (9-12 place) is not good for all members.
And although for other teams such a result would have been acceptable, absolutely everyone on the team noted the need for change. The team manager KBBQ said:
Its hard typing these words, but there will be significant changes to Quincy Crew. Most of us have been together for awhile and it’s time for people to explore other opportunities. There are no hard feelings, no one is being kicked, it’s just time to see what else is out there
Coach Maurice «KheZu» Gutmann, who helped QC prepare before and during TI10, also left the team.
Despite being the top 1-2 of NA, the Quincy Crew finished 9th-12th at The International 10, losing to OG. They took home $800,400.
Quincy Crew roster:
- Yawar «YawaR» Hassan;
- Quinn «Quinn» Callahan;
- Arif «MSS» Anwar;
- Avery «SVG» Silverman;
- Jack «KBBQ» Chen (manager).
Febby is no longer the coach of Team Undying
The North American team, which organized fundraising for their bootcamp for TI10, lost their coach - Yun Min «Febby» Kim. Other changes in the team are still unknown.
Team Undying took 13th-16th place at The International 10, losing in the first round of the lower bracket to Fnatic.
Team Undying roster:
- Enzo «Timado» Gianoli;
- Jonathan Bryle «Bryle» Santos De Guia;
- Jonáš «SabeRLight-» Volek;
- David «MoonMeander» Tan Boon Yang;
- Kim «DuBu» Doo-young.
South America
Thunder Predator disband

The day before the end of TI10, South American esports organization Thunder Predator announced the disbandment of the Dota 2 roster. This decision was made by the organization and players.
After such a failure at the main tournament of the year, such a decision looks logical. Even the famous player and coach - Clinton «Fear» Loomiz didn’t help the team.
But despite this, the players decided not to scatter and stay together for the next DPC season, but without the organization. Or at least until the next offer from another eSports organization.
Former Thunder Predator roster:
- Alonso «Mnz» León;
- Leonardo «LeoStyle-» Sifuentes;
- Frank «Frank» Arias;
- Joel Mori «MoOz» Ozambela;
- Romel «Wu» Quinteros;
- Clinton «Fear» Loomis (coach).
Disband SG esports
Following Thunder Predator, SG esports also announced a Dota 2 roster disband. The reasons and consequences are similar - the unsatisfactory result at TI10 and the mutual decision of the players and the organization to end cooperation.
SG esports players made it to The International 10 through regional qualifiers in South America.
Ex SG esports roster:
- Guilherme Silva «Costabile» Costábile;
- Otávio «Tavo» Gabriel;
- Adriano de Paula «4dr» Machado;
- Thiago de Oliveira «Thiolicor» Cordeiro;
- Matheus «KJ» Diniz.
NoPing e-sports disband and roster transfer to Thunder Predator

Another major change in South America. After the disbanding of its previous roster, Thunder Predator signed the now former NoPing e-sports roster.
Thunder Predator (ex NoPing e-sports) roster:
- Christian «Pakazs» Savina;
- Gonzalo «Darkmago» Herrera;
- Oscar David «Oscar» Chavez;
- Farich «Mattew» Puenes;
- Leonardo «Panda» Hernandez.
Possible changes
The performance of Evil Geniuses was a huge disappointment. The team's results at The International 2021, which twice became the silver medalist of two majors, were simply deplorable. 9-12 place is clearly not the result that was expected from the top North American team. Probably, changes in the roster are inevitable, as some media personalities have hinted at several times. But so far there have been no official announcements.

As the games at TI10 showed, positions 1 and 2 of EG are played too greedily, on themselves. Because of this, difficult game moments arose, which ultimately led to the defeat of the team. Perhaps they would like to take Quinn from the Quincy Crew, but whether QC themselves will allow it to be done is another question.

For several days now, rumors have been circulating around Virtus.pro roster and players that changes are coming. Sources predict the departure of Save- and kick DM. However, the managers keep repeating that there will be no changes in the line-up.

In China, by tradition, great reshuffles are coming. Since PSG.LGD announced that they would not change the roster, and it makes no sense for Invictus Gaming to do this, all the fuss will be around the remaining teams. Therefore, we should definitely expect changes in Team Aster, Elephant and other Chinese bands such as EHOME and Royal Never Give Up. A reshuffle at Vici Gaming is unlikely.

However, now Dota 2 has become more of a team game, where individual performance has faded into the background. The constant change of line-up is now only an imaginary hope for a potential result. This is perfectly proven and demonstrated by the teams Elephant and Team Spirit. In the first case, this is a team of stars of the old school, the second - young guys who have walked a thorny path together. As a result: the former apologize to their fans for the 13-16th place at TI10, the latter accept congratulations from all over the world.
