RAMZES666 surprised everyone with the real salaries in Team Spirit

Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev said that salaries in Team Spirit are actually quite low, and players earn up to $20,000 per month.

He said this during a stream on Twitch

“From what I know, Spirit has pretty small salaries compared to other tier-1 teams overall. Up to $20k per month. Thats low for tier-1. Big salaries are like $30–35k. Nobody in Spirit gets $30–40k. I was surprised myself recently when I found out what they earn, was really surprised”

RAMZES666 admitted he was shocked when he learned what two-time world champions are getting paid. According to him, the team definitely doesn’t have the highest salaries among tier-1 teams despite their titles.

He also added that players in Tundra Esports earn more. He didn’t reveal exact numbers, but based on his words, it’s likely higher than $20–25k per month.

At the same time, Team Spirit management previously said that salaries in the team can range from about $500 up to $30,000, which slightly contradicts the numbers mentioned by RAMZES666.
