RAMZES666 revealed the strongest broken hero of patch 7.38

As per the claims of Roman “RAMZE666” Kushnarev, Magnus is the new hero of Dota 2 patch 7.38 and the one which can be abused in any position in the game.

He stated this on his Twitch stream.

“I played carry Magnus such a satisfying hero. They gave him an aspect for carry now. Empower is passive and you do not need to cast it. A great level 10 talent for mana regeneration. You do not even need to build Echo Sabre anymore. Magnus is just a strong hero for all roles, he has two of the most amazing aspects. Plus Skewer nearly deals a thousand damage if you pull a hero the full distance, which is now possible.

Magnus’s new talents also include ability to block mana Molsoars now force me to build wards earlier. Dawning Fury passive’s Shield rule clears the rest of the cooldown. You should max Skewer over Shockwave because Shockwave already kills creeps – you just need one hit. Magnus is a support now"

In short, all he said was that Magnus has finally been given an aspect that truly fits him. He went on to add that most modern Magnus builds lack a good passive ability and a talent that allows for him to block some mana.

The professional player pointed out that Magnus can be played even as a carry, which he is exceptionally strong at, but he can also play any other role effectively, making him a very flexible hero. As a point of interest, Magnus has emerged as one of the most picked heroes in matchmaking and currently sits amongst the top five heroes based on a number of games played and wins, dominating with a win rate above 53% in Dota 2 public matches.
