RAMZES666 lashed out at Valve over MMR: what happened

Saying that Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev is angry with the MMR rating system Valve has in place for Dota 2 is an understatement. He’s livid.

He explained how he feels while streaming on Twitch recently.

“And this is without double rating. I’m just permanently marked- I’ve got nothing in Dota when it comes to betting. I’m not understanding how to get rid of this curse over my head. Are you serious? They took 31 from me on Sven. Do they even take less than 30 in Dota? What the hell. They don’t let you play Dota at all, it’s ridiculous. People talk to me about rank confidence. To hell with Valve and their MMR.‘I lost over 66 points using Magnus, 54,31 and 38 were my subsequent losses. This consistently gets worse over time”

In his estimation, RAMZES666 still does not comprehend the calculation of the MMR decrease in public matches. At times, they take away a significantly larger amount, which is especially hard on him. He pointed out that he lost a tremendous amount of points for no reason and without any double-rating tokens.
