Havard “Rain” Naegard said that in the current gaming season, the 100 Thieves Counter-Strike 2 roster plans to try to reach its full potential.
The player announced this on YouTube.
"There is pressure, but we are not Real Madrid. We didn't sign Donk or Zywoo. We want to build the roster on the existing foundation and unlock our potential this season.
Our main goal, even if it's too optimistic and unlikely, is to qualify for the Major. In the worst case, we'll try to make it to the top tournaments and continue our climb to the top."
Acording to Howard “Rain” Naigard, the team is currently feeling the pressure as fans expect the revamped 100 Thieves roster to quickly compete with the favorites of the pro scene. The esports player noted that this season, the roster would like to qualify for prestigious tournaments and, if possible, qualify for the Major.
Earlier, 100 Thieves president Jacob “Maelk” Toft-Andersen revealed how much the team spent on forming a new Counter-Strike 2 roster.
