Quinn «Quinn» Callahan, former mid of
Gaimin Gladiators, admitted that he should have stayed quiet more often, because his inability to hold back caused him a lot of problems.
The esports player talked about this during the Hotspawn podcast on YouTube.
«Even not counting the TI win, my main advice to myself at the start of my career would be — just keep your mouth shut. I think staying quiet would have helped me a lot, but for some reason I just couldn’t stop talking. But what’s done is done, the past is already the past, I just need to live with it»
According to him, if he could change something in his pro career, he would have stayed quiet more often. He explained that he understands that in some moments it would have been better to hold back, but he just couldn’t do it.
He also didn’t hide that he still couldn’t win The International, although the team was twice a step away from victory in the grand finals of the Dota 2 world championship.
It’s worth noting, that earlier Nikita «Panto» Balagannin revealed the real reason
Team Spirit got eliminated from the tournament.
