Quinn pointed out a critical nuance with Puppey joining PARIVISION

Quinn “Quinn” Callahan stated that Clement “Puppey” Ivanov can take PARIVISION to a new level, but he was a master of the old Dota 2, so the legend’s ideas might turn out completely failing.

The former Gaimin Gladiators midlaner told this during a podcast by Austin “Capitalist” Walsh on YouTube.

“Puppey won a lot right? That was before the new era of Dota. Probably he is the most titled player in history. It’s logical to assume that this guy has cool ideas about Dota. He played with many esports players who later showed themselves even better. I’m curious how the team will perform with him.

Will the roster become worse, stay at the same level or show new results? I can imagine any scenario. I really don’t know, because it’s unclear what ideas this guy has. He has all kinds of ideas, but they are often personal. I know nothing about Puppey and his views on Dota. It’s quite possible that his ideas could be total nonsense”

Quinn noted Puppey’s achievements on the pro scene, mentioning that he is possibly the most titled player, and also noted the successes of the legend’s teammates. However, he also emphasized that the champion was the best in the times of old Dota 2, and the game has changed a lot.

According to him, his strategies and ideas can strengthen PARIVISION, but it’s also likely that all the innovations will be nonsense and just failing, and this will pull the team down.
