Quest Esports support Omar «OmaR» Moughrabi in a post-match interview commented on his team's loss against Gaimin Gladiators in the lower bracket of the Riyadh Masters 2023 playoffs.
OmaR:
Dota is Dota, highs and lows. Just, it's very sad to lose like this, in a very unfair way. But, I mean, we just have to deal with it I guess and we'll move on.
On the first map of the series against Gladiators, Quest players were disconnected from the server right during a fight at the enemy base. Despite Quest Esports protesting after the game, Gamers8 Esports denied their request to replay the match.
Quest Esports left the Riyadh Masters 2023 tournament, finishing 7th-8th and earning $500,000. The team is ahead of the regional qualifiers for The Internationals 2023.
Quest Esports:
In the Riyadh Masters, we didn't just compete; we gave the top DOTA2 teams a real challenge, pushing them to their limits. While our journey may have ended in the early finals, the mark we left is unmistakable. Our team displayed tenacity and skill that's second to none. This chapter might be closed, but the story is far from over. Eyes on the TI qualifiers - the best is yet to come.

See you at TI, lads. Pretty sure you'll make it. Amazing team. We'll be waiting for an actual rematch there.
