Ivan "Pure" Moskalenko, the captain of
Tundra Esports, admitted that everything has changed drastically for him compared to
BetBoom Team. Now, the esports player has the authority to make important team decisions and organize both the gaming and training processes.
The corresponding statement was made in a post-match interview at the Elite League.
"In Tundra, everything is completely different. I'm the captain here. I can organize the training and gaming processes. There are a lot of differences"
However, he noted that he is not a tyrant, and other members of the team can also contribute and make their suggestions.
"For instance, Topson can always suggest things – we don't have a situation where I'm some kind of tyrant or anything. I say that I'm the captain, but I don't even know how to describe the role of a captain in Dota. We don't have a scenario where I'm constantly dictating in the game or anything like that. People also offer their own ideas and make plays in the game"
He also clarified that after each match, the team analyzes how effective the players' suggestions were during the game.
It's worth noting that earlier,
Tundra Esports revealed what Ludwig "zai" Wahlberg, their new general manager, actually does.
