Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko stated that he had hoped for
BetBoom Team to reach the grand finals of the ESL One Raleigh 2025 Dota 2 tournament via the lower playoff grid, but still the team failed to achieve this goal.
The player made a statement to this effect on Twitch.
"I thought this was the moment when
BetBoom Team could reach the finals via the lower grid, but it didn't happen. That's how it happens, guys. We'll play hard and try to win the next tournaments."
Summarizing the results of
BetBoom Team's last day of play, Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko was pleased with the win over
Team Falcons, and also noted that although the team was able to win the first map against
PARIVISION, the lineup did not perform as well as usual in the following games of the series. The player also added that it was hard for him to leave the tournament with a result in the form of fourth place.
"Today was a good day for us: we beat Falcons, won the first map against
PARIVISION, and on the second and third maps we just didn't play as well as we usually do. It's a little tough to get out of the top 4, but that's life, guys. I hope you guys enjoyed the match."
Recall that earlier Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko revealed why
BetBoom Team players didn't want to play an elimination match against
Nigma Galaxy in the bottom set of the playoffs.
